Electric Miles

This silkscreen movie poster pays tribute to the historic and electrifying Miles Davis set at the 1970 Isle of Wight Festival in the U.K.  Filmed by Murray Lerner, Miles is joined by an all-star band consisting of Keith Jarrett, Chick Corea, Gary Bartz, Dave Holland, Jack DeJohnette and Airto Moreira. Showing at The Red Vic Movie House Friday, September 24 at 7:00 PM.

The Red Vic is showcasing the Isle Of Wight Festival Film over the next 4 nights. Posters by Scott Johnson, Ron Donovan and myself are being created for the Red Vic – stay tuned for release info.
