Shipping Policy

• We ship Via USPS Priority Domestic/Internaional mail.

• If you need expedited or express shipping, please email us immediately here and we will send an additional express fulfillment invoice (please use your paypal email address and include your transaction number so we have all the proper info in one place.

• We do our best to pack the posters very carefully so the art doesn’t slide around, dinging the edges or getting crimped during the packing process. Any poster orders valued over $50.00 are ALWAYS Insured, at our expense.

• We use nice, thick-walled 3″-5″ wide tubes, which allows for less poster curl, and thus, less flattening time.

• Our packaging fulfillment time is specified in our PayPal shipping agreement as 2-4 weeks. Sometimes we get orders mailed out much sooner, and once and a while it takes longer if we get busy making more art! If any purchase is time sensitive (birthday gift, etc) please let us know in the PayPal notes section when first placing the order, that way all the info is contained w/in the original order. This keeps the orders organized, and easier to fulfill without having to keep track of PayPal orders and separate email instructions. We always encourage email correspondence and will do our best to reply in a timely manner, although we do like to spend creative time away from email, google, facebook , etc

• Please do not contact and/or email us with address changes after placing an order. This can get very confusing and is hard to keep track of and making changes to your PayPal account as a third-party is something we just don’t have time for. Please make your own changes via your PayPal account preferences (while logged into PayPal go to “Profile”>”Add or Edit Street Address”) – If you can’t figure this out on PayPal’s website or if for some reason it will not allow you to change your address for an existing order (lke if we’ve already paid for & printed your shipping label), please click on PayPal’s contact link for customer support – they are often quite helpful – We are artists making sure our art gets printed and packed properly – let PayPal earn their keep by making changes to your account!

• In The event of damaged posters that are obviously the fault of the Postal service, like visible damage (crushed tubes) – if you can immediately point this out to the postal delivery employee, take good photos of your tube before opening it or contact your local post office ASAP and fill out the proper forms to get re-imbursed. Remember, if you do make an insurance claim, they will take the tube, with posters and all and neither of us will ever see it or it’s contents again. *If, in the event that the damage is due to faulty packing on our end (with no visible damage on outsude of tube at all), just let us know and if possible we’ll replace the print, offer a refund or a replacement of equal value if the print is irreplaceable or sold out.

• All images of the art posted on this website is copyrighted by law and may not be used for any commercial use and/or published display without written permission. Use the contact form to inquire for permission of use. Reposting of poster images for archival/informational use such as poster blogs and/or databases is cool and permission is not required so long as the use is not for financial gain. Ebay resellers: please take your own photos once you have received your prints!

• We reserve the right to refuse sales or refund purchases to anyone as we deem appropriate
